Which Gymondo Training Program Is Right for You?

If you’re thinking of working out with Gymondo, you’re probably wondering which training program to start with. To help you make an informed decision, here’s a detailed overview of every single Gymondo training program. 

Choose the program that best suits your needs, fitness goals and most importantly—lifestyle! Once you’ve selected the training program right for you, the only thing left to do is to get started! 

Gymondo Training Programs

You can literally take Gymondo with you wherever you go—at home, the office, in the gym or even at the park. Each of our training programs has a unique style specific to your fitness level and goals. 

Here’s a breakdown of each individual program: 

Beginner-Level Training Programs

Our beginner-level programs give you low-impact training that you can do anywhere, anytime—zero to limited jumping required.

If you’re new to fitness, our beginner-level programs are the perfect place to start. You’ll begin with exercises that prepare your muscles to move with good form in order to build strength and increase muscle memory. 

Each beginner-level Gymondo workout offers modifications for each exercise and longer rest periods in between sets. Choose between 10- to 30-minute classes depending on your schedule. The Gymondo trainers will help you build a solid foundation from the very beginning, which ensures you get the best results in the long run while remaining injury-free. 

What equipment will you need for Gymondo’s beginner-level training programs? 

You can do all Gymondo workouts at home or on the go. While most of our programs consist of bodyweight exercises, some programs require dumbbells, a chair and/or a mat. 

If you don’t have dumbbells, you can substitute for two safe objects of the same weight, such as cans of food, water bottles or other household items.

If you don’t have a suitable chair, you can use a bench or step instead. Just ensure the surface you choose is stable and flat. 

What will you achieve with Gymondo’s beginner-level training programs? 

Gymondo’s beginner-level training programs will help you build a solid fitness foundation and improve your strength and stamina with low-impact workouts that won’t put pressure on your knees or joints.

Intermediate-Level Training Programs

If you’ve been working out consistently for the last six months or more, then you’re most likely at an intermediate level.

At this point, you’ve already completed a beginner program that allowed you to build up a base level of strength and endurance. By now, you’ve improved your work capacity, increased the intensity of your workouts and learned (or nearly mastered) perfect technique for most exercises. 

Our intermediate-level training programs give you the flexibility to train when and where it suits you best. 

With zero to minimal equipment and limited space requirements, you can work out at home, at the gym or in the park.

The intermediate workouts will gradually increase in complexity and build toward a more high-intensity style of training.  

There are 16 intermediate training programs to choose from, each varying in style (HIIT, yoga, cardio, strength training, etc.) and length (15 to 30 minutes). This flexibility gives you options to do the workouts that best suit your lifestyle and needs. 

What equipment will you need for Gymondo’s intermediate-level training programs?

The intensity of your workouts will increase, the rest intervals between exercises will decrease and you’ll start noticing that completing a workout routine is less challenging than in the past. Advanced-Level Training Programs

At this point in your fitness journey, you’re very familiar with your body and have mastered proper technique and form. Now, it’s time to bump up the intensity and decrease the rest intervals. 

Gymondo’s advanced-level training programs can help you achieve the goals you’ve set for yourself and increase your overall fitness. They’re perfect if you want to get fitter and stronger with short and effective workouts using zero to minimal equipment. 

The workouts in our advanced-level circuit-style programs contain a mix of plyometric and bodyweight exercises that are designed to challenge your cardiovascular system in fun, new ways! Each exercise has a clear video demonstration of the correct form for each movement, plus modifications for every exercise.

What equipment will you need for Gymondo’s advanced-level programs? 

While most of our programs consist of bodyweight moves, you might consider purchasing a yoga mat, dumbbells and a stable chair. If you don’t have access to dumbbells, get creative! Use cans of food, water bottles or other household items instead.
