Post-Easter Cardio Workout to Burn Fat

Your long Easter weekend is coming to a close. Now, it’s time to shake off those extra Easter indulgences and burn some massive calories. The best way to combat all those Easter treats is to clock in some serious training. But it doesn’t take hours of sweating it out to get the results you want. This 8-minute extreme cardio circuit will push your entire body to its limit while keeping your heart rate pumping. So, grab your mat, find your favorite home workout space and have some fun with this amazing post-Easter cardio circuit to burn fat. 

Extreme Cardio Circuit

Grab your timer and get ready to sweat! Complete the following circuit as fast as you can. After each round, rest 10 to 20 seconds—depending on your fitness level. Repeat the circuit until you’ve completed 10 rounds. Did you finish 10 rounds in eight minutes? That’s awesome! Don’t forget to write down your time. When you do the circuit again, try to beat your initial time. 

Reverse Lunge x 2 Each Leg
Split Jumps x 4 Each Leg 
Mountain Climbers x 4 Each Leg
Push-Ups x 4 

Repeat Circuit x 10 Rounds 
Rest 10 to 20 seconds between rounds
