Whether you’re running a 5k turkey trot or cooking up a turducken feast for the fam, you’ll definitely want to add in this 10-day fitness challenge to offset the upcoming holiday feast.

Your 10-Day Holiday Fitness Challenge

For the next 10 days, get ready to sweat through fat-burning moves in just 6 minutes. In Tabata-style, perform each exercise for 20 seconds with 10 seconds rest in-between sets for a total of 4 rounds.

Tabata is a form of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that burns calories, melts fat and boosts metabolism for hours after completion. The best part? It only takes 6 minutes for maximum benefits in a minimal amount of time.

Days 1, 4 & 7

Day 1, day 4 and day 7 include push-ups, squats and butterfly sit-ups. Complete 20 seconds of push-ups, 20 seconds of squats and 20 seconds of butterfly sit-ups with a 10-second break between each exercise. That’s considered 1 round. Repeat 3 more times for a total of 4 rounds.
