Take Your Workouts to the Next Level With Gymondo Challenges

With the unwavering energy of the entire Gymondo community by your side, there’s no limit to how much we can achieve together. 

That’s exactly why we created Gymondo Challenges. Challenges offer you the ability to commit to your fitness goals along with other Gymondo members. Whether you join a yoga, HIIT or weight lifting challenge, you’ll always find a way to put your commitment to the test each month. 

There are many different ones to choose from—weekly, 10-day or even month-long challenges. Opt-in at any time and take your workouts to the next level with Gymondo Challenges. 

Gymondo Challenges

In the Gymondo app, under the new Challenge menu, you’ll find Active Challenges (ones you’ve already joined), Upcoming Challenges (ones you can join in the near future) and Completed Challenges (ones you’ve already done). For every Completed Challenge, you’ll earn a new badge. 

Some challenges require working out each day for a certain amount of days. For example, if you join a 7-day challenge, you’ll need to complete 7 workouts in 7 days to earn a badge. 

Other challenges require a certain amount of workouts in a specific time frame. For example, our Discovery Challenges (which include workouts from different training styles) may require you to complete 8 workouts in a 1-month period. 

Why You Should Prioritize Fitness Challenges

If you’re new to Gymondo, challenges are the perfect way to explore the full breadth of our classes. And if you’ve been with us for a while, challenge yourself to go outside of your comfort zone and explore different training styles and instructors. 

Don’t forget to invite your friends. It’s a great way to hold each other accountable and celebrate new milestones together. 

Challenges are only available to Premium members. Once you become a Gymondo member, you’ll be able to monitor your progress across each new challenge you join.
